Designs and prepares art for material to be digitally imaged based on job requirements, customer specifications and other related job information. Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, arranges layout based upon available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements. Creates, edits and outputs an art proof to show sales and customer. Interprets dockets to confirm accuracy of what is requested. Receives customer art files. Arranges and manipulates art files to fit into the quality standard and production requirements. Ensures errors and typo's on proof are kept to 1%. Must have good working knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign, and a good eye for detail.
