Quesada Burritos & Tacos is currently seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor for our location in Saskatoon Stonebridge.

The Shift Supervisor will report directly to the Owner and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant; and the supervision of approximately 1-4 employees at a time.

Hours for this position are primarily Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pre-requisites
-1-3 years customer service experience in a leadership position
-Cash handling experience
-Food Safe Level 1
-Class 5 Drivers License

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

-Direct reporting to Owner
-Customer service
-Employee training
-Food preparation
-Ensuring safe food handling is followed
-Handling customer complaints
-Team motivation
-Administrative tasks
-Able to effectively delegate tasks
-Able to effectively understand and follow corporate systems and SOP
-Ensuring restaurant profitability  
-Ensuring that product is prepared as per company standard
-Supervising a staff
-Inventory
-Local marketing initiatives

Candidate must have strong organizational skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and written in English; have a clean criminal record.
