Brandt Developments is looking for an Intermediate Architectural Technologist with regional experience in the architectural consulting industry. The position is based in our Regina office.


Responsibilities include:
    Assist and collaborate with the Project Architect and/or Construction Administrator and Design Team in all phases of projects
    Produce drawings and graphic materials
    Prepare contract drawings, specifications, schedules, details and sketches
    Continuously coordinate, manage, and monitor work undertaken by team members
    Assist in the coordination with internal and outside consultants
    Assist in the coordination and implementation of Quality Control procedures
    Perform site reviews
    Complete projects within timelines and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
    Accredited Architectural Technologist
    5+ years of design experience, preferably in a consulting environment
    Team player
    Proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office required
    Ability to collaborate with project activities
    Sound judgement and decisiveness with strong problem resolution skills
    Ability to work on several projects at once
    Experience with Architectural building systems
    Good communication skills  written and verbal
    Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.
