As the Meat Department Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the Meat Department in both the Mall and Southside locations, as well as some involvement with other branches. Duties include implementation of all department programs, expense and inventory control, margins, budgets, ordering, receiving, pricing, merchandising, product preparation & rotation, staffing, sanitation & safety standards. Ensure exceptional customer service.
Ideal candidate will have a Meat Cutting Certificate and management from a meat department, strong leadership, time management and interpersonal skills. Must be highly motivated and possess exemplary work habits. Heavy lifting involved.
