Description

Brandt Tractor Ltd currently has a Machine Monitoring Specialist position available in Regina. Responsibilities include:

Monitor all DTCs coming in through Foresights database
Prioritize Alerts, review Alerts & build the solution package
Access machines through JD Link & SAR
Look in DTAC for further information
Create IATC Tickets & provide direction and technical expertise to the branches in a timely manner
Manage all Solutions from the Foresight database
Add all relevant information to the database
Work with Deeres Case & Contact Management System (CCMS) formerly DTAC
Help train an after-hours on-call program for BTAC
Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in troubleshooting
High level computer skills
Ability to communicate effectively with branches
Assist in understanding the issues, coordinating with resources and finding a resolution in a timely manner
Ability to manage and effectively execute a solution
Effectively lead the team and inspire them to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence
Have a high level of customer focus.
