CJ's Roadside Tap & Grill is now hiring for a Part-Time Server & Bartender position!
The position includes general service & bartending responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing and friendly, hardworking and self-motivated, demonstrate strong verbal and communication skills, strong organizational skills, & the ability to learn and demonstrate strong menu knowledge.
The position will be primarily day shifts, but the availability to work evenings would be a bonus.
Willing to train the right candidate.

Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Essential Skills
- Oral communication
- Working with others
- Problem solving
- Job task planning and organizing
- Significant use of memory
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Serving It Right Certificate
Additional Skills
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Set tables
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Load buspans and trays
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Customer service oriented
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
