Under the direction of the Nutrition worker, the successful applicant would assist in preparing food as a team, independently, and with students. The person would assist with grocery list preparation, shopping, stocking of supplies, and cleaning and sanitization of work area and equipment. They would help in the organization of the morning breakfast as well as assist in the noon hour lunch program.
The successful applicant must be:
-knowledge of safe food handling
-reliable, punctual and conscientious
-patient and tolerant and able to work well with students Ages 11 years and up
-knowledge of Northern communities and aboriginal culture
-maintain a positive attitude and serve as a role model
-conduct oneself in a manner appropriate to an educational institution that provides service to youth
-at least 18 years of age
-legally entitled to work in Saskatchewan
-graduated from Grade 12
-provide a criminal record check
