Meridian Manufacturing Inc. (MMI) in Regina, SK consists of over 150 dedicated employees who design and manufacture top of the line grain augers, bins, conveyors, aeration and movers which are sold coast to coast and around the world. This role provides leadership and direction to assigned team of warehouse employees in the areas of  Shipping and Receiving. Maintains daily Shipping and Receiving schedules.  Ensures safety, quality and production requirements are achieved effectively, safely and timely.  Tracks and co-ordinates departmental human resources,  and budget.  Analyzes shipping challenges and implements countermeasures to improve departmental performance.  Takes care with employee issues; solves and resolves.  Ensures Company policies are consistently applied.

The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years of Warehouse experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Fork Lift Experience is an asset
