We are currently seeking a Sr. Engineer Applied Process Technology (12-8 month term) at our Belle Plaine, SK location. The successful candidate will be a part of Mosaics Innovation Branch that utilizes their creative skills to drive blue sky opportunities to practical solutions. Activities include project management from bench scale feasibility, operational scoping, engineering design, plant test work, supervision and operational management. The position combines a strong background in production operations and engineering with the need for continuous improvement and innovation. The incumbent must be able to integrate new techno logies and developments with existing processes. This role meets the requirement of having a group working outside of the day to day operational requirements focused on potentially higher impact improvements.

What is required for this role?
* Bachelors or Masters of Science in Engineering, with a major in chemical/mechanical or related.
* Registered P.Eng with APEGS.
* Minimum of 5 years process engineering experience, research and/or mining experience is an asset. Preference will be given to candidates who have a degree in the engineering field.
* Experience using Microsoft Office programs, Statistical Software, AutoCAD/mechanical design programs an asset.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and the ability to relate to operations personnel is required.
