Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Quality Control (QC) Laboratory Supervisor at our Esterhazy, SK location. The successful candidate will be accountable for the operation of the Esterhazy QC Laboratory at both K1 and K2 sites and the coordination and direction of the duties of the QC personnel at K1 and K2 to deliver high quality products to the end user. The QC Supervisor is accountable for maintaining the requirements of the PBU Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs. The incumbent will provide analytical and QC technical direction at the plant level and will provide quality support at the PBU level. Major focus to ensure compliance for Pota sh QA protocols and QC programs

What is required for this role?
* Chemistry Degree, Laboratory Technologist, Chemical Technology or equivalent education with 10 years Industrial and Lab Background.
* The incumbent must possess knowledge of mining processes and practices, a working knowledge of potash refining and processing technology and extensive experience in Quality Control practices.
* An understanding of potash product end use characteristics combined with supervisory experience, knowledge of computer software applications and good writing skills are all required assets.
* These above requirements along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in potash production or in a Quality role is preferred.
