Sr. Business Research Analyst
One (1) Permanent Position

Reporting to the Manager, Business Research & Analytics this position performs data analytics, provides direction, consultation and information on Operations & Customer Experience business processes and enterprise level Revenue Forecasting and Analysis and Budgeting, including:
- Reporting key end to end production and performance metrics that support core Operations & Customer Experience processes
- Prepares all regular operational reporting to ensure reporting requirements are met such as the Registry & Program Operating Agreements
- Providing information, advice and problem-solving to managers for revenue budget and forecasting, including analysis of detailed product usage by customers
- Contributes to the completion of documents to ensure compliance to ISC's external disclosure requirements as a publicly-traded company
- Aids in the advancement of ISCs Analytics Program which includes performing predictive and prescriptive analytics, and advanced reporting automation, delivery and data visualization. Also includes seeking opportunities for reporting or modelling and identifying efficiencies in operations.
