Arcola Daycare is looking for two enthusiastic, competent individuals to take on Before and After School Care at the daycare. This is a permanent "casual" position that would begin end of August 2017.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30-8:30 & 3:00-6:00
*Potentially different hours on non-school
days MAX 65 hours per month
Qualifications:
-Must be at least 16 years of age
-Must provide an updated Criminal Record Check with the vulnerable sector
Duties Inlcude (not limited to):
-Walk school-age children to and from school
-Provide quality care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old
-Report to Director
-Help with daily tasks such as cleaning, organizing & meal times
-Ability to be flexible and work in a high pace environment
Additional Skills
- Assist in housekeeping duties
Work Setting
- Before and after school programs
Ability to Supervise
- 5-10 people
