Description

Parkland College is currently seeking a part-time Instructor Aide at our Fort Qu'Appelle campus. This is a term position from September - May with hours of work being approximately 3 hours per week.

This position will primarily be responsible for providing tutorial or instructional assistance to help students achieve their learning goals. Programming will be up to and including grade 12 in varying subject areas.

Qualifications:

-The minimum educational qualification for this position is a relevant one year post-secondary education. This education would typically provide knowledge of adult education methodology or program area.
-The minimum amount of practical, related experience required to perform the duties of this position is one year in a similar role in a classroom environment and one year work experience in a business environment.
-Demonstrated knowledge in math/sciences would be considered an asset.
-Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
