Kindersley Transport Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires an Office Administrator for their Lloydminster, AB location.
Responsibilities
- Arrange appointment times for all inbound shipments
- Address customer inquiries and perform shipment tracing
- Manage the driver check in process
- Dispatch city deliveries to ensure maximum efficiency
- Administer time cards and trip sheets
- Ensure pre and post trip audit requirements are met
- Schedule regular equipment services
- File reports, manifests and bills of lading
- Onboard and train new staff
- Billing
- General office duties as required
Qualifications
- 50 WPM
- Experience with Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
