McCauley Agencies, a general insurance brokerage, is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative.
The position includes general office administration duties (including invoicing, payment processing, preparation of correspondence, telephone inquiries, etc.), using a variety of computer applications (including broker management software, Microsoft Word/Excel, web-based insurance programs, etc.), Motor Licence Issuing, knowledge and selling of general insurance products (extension auto policies, tenant insurance, home insurance, etc.). Good communication skills are required.
Experience preferred but not necessary; however, preference may be given to candidates with education or related experience in an automated business office environment, Motor Licence Issuing experience, and/or a General Insurance Licence.
This position is Temporary Full Time for approximately 18 months with the potential to be Permanent Full Time.
