Description

Saskarc Industries Inc. is currently seeking to hire a Service Manager person.

Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the incumbent will produce sales leads, close sales, provide customer and production support for targeted market segments.

Qualifications
    High school diploma or equivalent, with a college or university degree preferred, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience.
    Seven or more years in operations management.
    Post-secondary training in facilities or equipment/service management.
    Effective leadership skills with a focus on operations and business processes.
    Naturally inclined toward ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
    Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
    A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
    Intrinsic sense of aesthetics and orderliness and imposes this on the appearance of the Saskarc yard and facilities.
