Description

ArticCan is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management professional to work in our client's office in Regina, SK.
This is a one year term position.

Duties:
- Support the change management deliverables in alignment with the ADKAR methodology and best practices.
- Maintain project documentation related to the change management activities as per the PDO project standards and guidance.
- Develop the required change management deliverables including, but not limited to, the
Change Management strategy, Change Management Plan, communication plan, sponsor reports, training plan and resistance management plan.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated
points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary.

Certification in ADKAR methodology is required.
