Key Responsibilities:
Develop business plan and sales win strategies, including market size and timing, to ensure committed revenue growth and profitability. Develop sales leads and prospects into opportunities. Effectively develop and manage Key Accounts.
Management of accounts and interface at all levels in the client organization with a particular focus on Field Sales initiatives
Extensive travel to client locations in order to manage accounts and interface at all levels of the client organization
Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective execution of opportunities.
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of the entire ClearStream service and product offering.
Work with Operations to secure individual and multi-year contracts. Drive growth and expansion of ClearStreams business, in step with the relevant Operational VPs.
Initiate and coordinate development and execution of action plans to access new markets (services and/or geographical).
Assist in the development and implementation of corporate marketing plans as needed.
Client relationship management and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
Maintain detailed knowledge of the companys products and services. Facilitate introduction of other company products and services to customers.
Gather requirements from prospects, evaluates customers, and use those inputs to lead new service development prioritization plans.
Adhere to the GATE process, process and procedures, and CRM standards of the company.
Travel to various company and client sites.
