Are you a customer service guru? SaskTel is on the lookout for 2 Part-Time Service Reps in Saskatoon, SK to provide exceptional customer service by listening and understanding the needs of our customers and recommend solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidates have previous sales experience and excellent communication skills both face to face as well as over the phone.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Represents the Corporation in sales incented face-to-face residential and business customer contacts. Provides an exceptional customer experience, representing customers best interests. Determines customers needs and requirements, recommends solutions, and finalizes the sale of products and/or services. Completes internal work and procedures to ensure the customers experience is positive.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Working knowledge of techniques needed to persuasively promote the sale of products and/or services, typically gained through 2 years experience in a sales role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence, persuade, and deal effectively with others.
3. Working knowledge of SaskTels products and services.
4. Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
5. Working knowledge of personal computers and various software applications.
