An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic professional to become part of the End User Support team working at our Saskatoon office. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, supporting and resolving/fulfilling work for Technology incidents and service requests across Potash locations. Primary focuses include direct and/or remote end-user support, end-user training, hardware/network support and process/ticket documentation. The IS Support Technician works with both internal stakeholders and external providers to quickly and effectively resolve end-user issues, and/or complete service requests while conforming to BHP Billiton standards.
