Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for a strong Sales and Customer Service Representative for our locally owned specialized retail client located in downtown Saskatoon. With almost 15 years in the industry, our client is looking to add a full time, permanent customer focused Customer Service Administrator to their team. The successful candidate will be highly skilled at communicating with clients and internal colleagues, will be proactive and personable and have an ability to learn quickly on the job.
Responsibilities for this Sales and Customer Service Representative role will include, but are not limited to:
1) Inventory control:
- Receiving daily stock.
- Organizing stock, stocking shelves, preparing and cleaning showroom.
2) Sales & Customer Service
- Front end customer services, primarily dealing with walk in customers and some over the phone queries.
- Customer follow up.
- Taking initiative to learn the company product lines.
3) Service Scheduling: (on the job training will be provided)
- Responsibilities of maintaining the daily service schedule which includes liaising with service installers, updating calendars and confirming appointment.
- Manually creating service work orders and processing correctly.
- Scheduling service staff for new installations and routine maintenance work.
To be successful in this Sales and Customer Service Representative role you must have:
- Solid computer skills (comfortability creating and managing Excel spread sheets).
- Strong customer focus with thorough follow up.
- Good memory and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
