As the primary contact on site for crew members, the Lead Hand will ensure delivery on project goals.

The Lead Hand:

    Acts as the primary contact on site for crew members
    Directs, follows, and reports on daily safety inspections of tools, equipment, and possible site hazards
    Confirms the crew is ready to perform effective work in a safe and productive manner
    Assists the Project Manager in planning, executing, monitoring and reviewing projects
    Communicates daily projects and objectives to crew members and assigns tasks/work on site
    Completes and submits all required paperwork in coordination with standard operating procedures
    Assists the Project Manager in evaluating crew members
