Innovative Residential, Saskatchewan's most celebrated provider of quality, entry-level housing, is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk/ Office Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Controller, the successful candidate is responsible for administering accounts payable, and receivables as well as payroll. They will also be responsible for office administrative duties. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills with an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task.
Job Duties
- Work with the Accounting team to administer full cycle bookkeeping
- Administer cheques and process VISA payments
- Complete required returns and bank reconciliations
- Assist with year-end preparations
- Review, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Receive and screen all incoming calls
- Greet, assist and direct all visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required
- Uphold filing systems
- Perform a variety of administrative duties for multiple divisions when required
- Additional tasks as required
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of related experience
- Experience in simply accounting is considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
