The successful candidate is someone who would enjoy being the first point of contact for a business. The candidate should have five or more years of experience working as a receptionist; have a professional appearance, strong computer skills, filing and organizational skills, be detailed oriented, have excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preference will be given to the candidate who has an administrative certificate and knowledge of the financial industry would be beneficial.
Desired qualities & skills:
- Mature, professional, competent, and confident/assertive
- Comfortable working independently/with little interaction (reason: clients meet with their respective financial advisors annually, therefore there is not a lot of foot traffic).
- Extremely organized and detail oriented, enjoys processing paperwork (e.g. all banking changes, address changes, changes of occupation, etc., for each client must be documented with a signed form from the client, and all 5 advisors. Once signed, these forms must be sent to the organizations head office).
- Flexibility and willingness to accept adhoc assignments
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm, with a 30 minute lunch break, Monday-Friday
