Description

The position of the Estimator/Business Development is to assist in the day to day/week to week planning for the company's ongoing & upcoming jobs/projects.  This involves reviewing client RFQ's/contracts, preparing/submitting estimates based on the requirements requested.  As part of this role this position will also be expected to develop business for the PBN/ENW partnership creating new client relationships & maintaining current.  They are to perform various assigned duties which will assist the onsite personal performing work in any work on various projects.
Qualifications:
-Strong Organizational skills
-Attention to detail with high level accuracy

-Outgoing and the ability to communicate clearly
-Ability to multi-task & problem solve
-Ability to prioritize & work well under pressure
-Knowledge of the trades involved in the projects (IE: piping, structual, mechanical, civil)
-Knowledge of standards & codes associated with projects
-Knowledge of basic accounting
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Outlook as well as scheduling software
-Familiar with government contracts would be an asset
-Superior knowledge and capability in reading blueprints/structual drawings
-Maintenance/Project Planning & scheduling would be an asset
-AutoCAD would be an asset
-Experience as a supervisor, foreman, or other leadership role
-5-10 years extensive field experience with EMW (or comparable company)
-Confidentiality in all aspects of the business
Roles and Responsiblities:
Preparing and managing cost estimates and quotes for various projects.
Assisting in planning and managing various ongoing projects/maintenance
Providing Liaison services between client and PBN/EMW management and staff
Developing and maintaining cost estimates in alignment with the management strategies and schedules to support engineering, procurement and maintenance/construction phases of project.
Other duties as assigned
Travel as required
