Description

Our client is looking for an Executive Director in Swift Current, SK.

Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage the general operations of Festivals and provide artistic direction, financial and operations management, fundraising, marketing and public relations
-Develop and execute the organization's strategic objectives and mission
- Provide written monthly progress reports to the Board
-Responsible for the fiscal integrity of Festivals
-Responsible for financial management including preparation of annual budgets, monthly reports, annual audit, cash flow, CADAC financial input and liaison with accounting
-Responsible for securing grant funding, overseeing and contributing to sponsorship, fundraising activities, donor development and retention and developing new revenue and funding streams
-Responsible for effective administration as well as event execution and management of all Festivals operations including planning and scheduling
-Successfully manage and recruit staff


Qualifications:
-Proven successful senior management level experience
-Excellent public relations skills
-Excellent communication skills
