Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities: (Abbreviated)
Perform opening and closing duties
Knowledge of menu items including preparation methods and ingredients
Engage with customers, provide recommendations on food and beverage options including all specials and promotions
Knowledge of till, POS system, and room billing
Respond to telephone inquiries, room service orders, and reservation requests
Monitor and maintain an inventory of supplies
Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
Education, Experience, & Skills: (Abbreviated)
Must be legal age to serve alcohol (19)
Serving it Right Certificate
Must have excellent customer service skills
Hospitality/Hotel/Barista experience an asset
Food Safe Certification an asset
Demonstrated practice in the following Core Competencies:

Work Conditions:
