Description

The Communication Support Worker (CSW) will work within the community and at Cheshire Homes of Saskatoon with a young adult with cognitive, intellectual and physical disabilities.  The worker will assist with the residents communication pattern goals as directed by a Speech Language Pathologist.  The worker will also facilitate communication and programming of Dynavox as well as utilizing other communication technology.  
As a CSW you would work alongside other professionals such as speech-language pathologist, doctor, and other therapists.  The resident will need more than one type of support at the same time. You would be part of assisting the resident to meet with this support team.
