Description

TRF Wealth Management Inc. requires an urgent Administrative Assistant for our Saskatoon SK location. Our growing business provides a variety of accounting and wealth management services to retiring farmers. Please forward your resume detailing your experience to hr@theretiringfarmer.com
  
Job duties:
Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from clients, business partners, and other parties.
Take and record telephone, e-mail, or written messages for staff members in the project management software.
Submitting daily bank deposit, recording transactions in accounting software and closing POS machine.
Assist management with the logistical aspects of meetings, webinars, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders with the specified individual as required.
Maintain tidiness of reception and common areas.
As a front-line worker, present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions.
Ensure that the appropriate evacuation procedures are carried out in the event of an emergency.
Observe and report any security issues to the Office Manager.
Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, mass mail outs and other correspondence.
Accept and monitor inbound office supply shipments as necessary.
Respond to all customer issues by phone or in person, in a timely and professional manner
Preparation of client meeting packages.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Business Administration Degree or diploma considered an asset.
2-3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, or relevant role, considered an asset.
Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
