Were looking for a Visionary Strategic Mastermind to join our Team

A challenging opportunity exists for a charismatic, visionary leader, capable of directing change; reporting directly to the CEO.

Join an organization focused on separating itself from the pack in a highly competitive and homogenized financial services sector.  We are looking for someone who wont say no but why not.   We are looking for the un-banker to lead the development and delivery of our Corporate Strategy, Human Resources and Information Technology initiatives, and Facilities Management.  We need someone that can deconstruct the way business has been done so that we can be leaders in the rapidly changing world of financial services.  We dont need someone that can tell us what our challenges are, we know those already.  We need someone that can articulate strategy, construct a plan and deliver results.  

You will be tasked with developing strategies which will allow us to stand out from the competition and leave our mark in a meaningful way with our employees and the communities within which we do business.  Youre likely not a banker, but if you are a banker we wont hold that against you.  Youre a strategic mastermind, consummate communicator and above all else, youre definitely a visionary.  Having an open mind and sense of humor wont hurt either.
