Description

David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client a leader in the financial services industry to recruit for an Associate Wealth Advisor to join their Saskatoon based Wealth Management Team.

The Role:

Assisting Investment Advisors with processing and confirming client transactions as well as developing financial plans
Supporting clients with quotes and execution of trade orders
Maintaining account lists, compiling statistical information and generating reports
Processing and follow-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts
Assisting with providing support to existing clients and prospecting for new clients
Identifying new business opportunities
Educating clients regarding recommended products and services and responding to client inquiries
Conducting financial research and providing administrative support

The Ideal Candidate:

Completion of the CSC and CPH complimented by 1 to 2 years' of progressive securities and marketing experience
Dedicated, driven, hard-working with a true entrepreneurial mindset
Detail-oriented, extremely organized and able to work both independently and as part of a high functioning team
Demonstrated ability to achieve set deadlines and multi task under tight timelines
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with staff and clients at all levels
Well-developed professional communication skills
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
