The Junior Technologist position involves strong social and customer service skills combined with the ability to; package, setup, operate, dismantle and maintain general AV equipment such as audio, video and lighting components.
This position requires NO EXPERIENCE for the right individual as we are willing to train appropriate candidates. If you find it easy to set up an x-box or install a car stereo you probably have the aptitude for this position.
Training will involve numerous online classes via infocomm.org as well as in field training culminating in achieving your CTS designation.
The position involves varying shifts including evenings and weekends and is based around conference schedules. We allow team members to bank up to 80 hours of overtime to be taken in lieu.
This is not an "I.T." or Programming position. Please do not apply just because you are "super awesome at networking and stuff". This position may involve lifting of up to 60ibs

Pay based on experience, however, upon achieving your CTS designation and meeting certain customer service guidelines you will be eligible for a promotion to Senior Technologist. The pay scale of a Senior Technologist ranges from $18.77 to $28.04 hourly. You may even be eligible for-profit sharing and other tangible benefits.
