Discovery Co-op invites applicants for the position of Human Resources Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Manager is responsible for all of the strategic Human Resources functions of the Co-op including: overseeing various Talent Management functions, recruiting new employees across all departments, administering and coordinating all in-house and external learning and development opportunities for Team Members, leading the Co-ops labor relations function, administering and coordinating employee retention programs, administering co-ops benefits plan/program, and administering, monitoring and reporting on health and safety compliance in all departments.
The successful candidate must possess a University Degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resources and have experience with public speaking. A CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) designation is considered an asset.
