Competencies:
(1) University Degree in Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline combined with progressive experience in policy development and research or an equivalent combination of education and experience (3 years preferred).
(2) Knowledge of municipal policing is an asset.
(3) Knowledge of best practices, policy development, project management and applied research and analysis.
(4) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
(5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
(6) Ability to create and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
