Humboldt Co-operative daycare is looking for a a professional energetic person to provide an educational program for children ages 18 months to 6 years of age.
Plan developmentally appropriate activities in all areas of development.
Early Childhood Education Level 1 as well as experience are both assets.
Must have or be willing to obtain valid certification in First Aid/CPR and a clear and current criminal record check.
Early Childhood Education Skills
- Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips and special activities
Early Childhood Educator Assistant Skills
- Prepare and serve snacks
- Guide children in development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
- Conduct and monitor activity programs designed for young children
- Arrange transition periods such as lunch and rest for children
Work Setting
- Child care centre
Security and Safety
- Criminal record check (abstract)
