Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a Support Technician in Lloydminster.  


Responsibilities:

-    Responsible for setting up, mounting, installing TVs, projectors, screens, speakers, a/v components, computers, printers, modems, routers, network switches and any related IP devices
-    Install door strikes, contacts, card readers, security cameras, motion detectors, and other devices including building circuit board layouts in custom can configurations
-    Responsible for prewire of low voltage category data in residential new construction involving more basic company based spec to a completely upgraded custom automated home solution
-    Responsible for wide variety of home audio solutions including Sonos, Russound, Nuvo, Casa Tunes, and any related blue tooth or airplay solutions
-    Installing and programming access control systems for commercial clients
-    Conduct Site surveys for residential and commercial environments based on client needs
-    Efficient prewiring of residential and commercial environments using category-structured wire including but not limited to RG59/6 coax, Cat5/6ea data, and 16-2/4 speaker wire
-    Complete preventative and routine maintenance tasks and reporting as assigned
-    Troubleshoot and resolve Audio visual operational issues
-    Recommend service items as required (E.g. replacement projection lamps, batteries)


Qualifications:
-    Strong experience with industry leading automated home solutions includes installation and programming experience
-    Experience in working on many different types of residential and commercial environments
-    Minimum of 2 years experience in the audio-visual industry
-    Experience with Microsoft Lync environment, set up and troubleshooting
-    Network set, configuration and troubleshooting
