Competition #CC-0016
Established in 1976 the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) is a First Nation governed post-secondary institution. Recognized under provincial legislation, the Institute has been conferred authority to grant certificates and diplomas. SIIT welcomes over 2000 students into our urban and community programs annually as well as serving over 4800 clients through our eight Career Centres across the province. The Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies is playing a significant role in Saskatchewans economic future. You can contribute to that success while building your career.
The main goal of the SIIT Career Centre (North Battleford) is to connect participants to jobs and careers in the construction and industrial trades. The Job Coach is responsible for working with clients to provide information and support in career planning, skills training, and employment or educational goals. The Job Coach is required to follow-up with clients and employers, and to collaborate with other departments within the Institute to ensure client success. A Job Coach is the link between employers and workers and supports both employers and new workers to develop long-term careers.
