Description

Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the incumbent will produce sales leads, close sales, provide customer and production support for targeted market segments.
Responsibilities:
    Implements the overall vision and direction of equipment and facilities operations.
    Develops and implements new business strategies for creating or improving processes and procedures to improve operational performance.
    Manages sales and rental inventory via purchasing decisions to support customer needs while preserving utilization rates to prevent an overstock situation.
    Monitors departmental performance against goals to ensure that progress is being made and that corrective action is taken when necessary.
    Manages departmental morale by demonstrating and implementing strong business ethics for use in dealing with customers and employees.
    Guides equipment team by creating and providing solutions for customer issues.
    Enhances and develops procedures and service systems to meet the goals of the department.
    Measuring and monitoring of key customers needs, expectations, and satisfaction level.    
    Oversees preventive maintenance, repairs and upgrades required to support all rental inventory at Saskarc while ensuring proper documentation is recorded and maintained.
    Maintains a sense of urgency regarding building and equipment maintenance that might affect production, operations, security and/or safety.
    Keeps all equipment manuals up to date.    
    Ensures that all new equipment/machines and items requiring service have a generated machine/Asset number in CMMS and that a maintenance system is written and added to support CMMS.
    Ensures all depleted or sold equipment/machines/vehicles or miscellaneous items are deleted from the Maintenance Binders and the Maintenance Tracker Procedure.
    Oversees Company vehicle acquisition and maintenance.
