Human Resources/Marketing Assistant
Permanent Part Time (.60)
Accent Credit Union - Quill Lake Branch

The Human Resources/Marketing Assistant holds a key role within the organization.  Providing administrative support in many areas including HR, Marketing, Corporate Governance, Technology support, and regulatory requirements, you have an exceptional ability to multi-task, and remain organized.  You will be based in the Quill Lake Branch, and may have periodic travel to other branches.  We are looking to fill this position immediately.

Your responsibilities will include:
Assist the HR/Marketing & Executive Coordinator as assigned
Payroll, Benefit & Pension administration
Coordination of Credit Union sponsored events
Attend meetings as assigned, and record minutes
Support the HR/Marketing Coordinator with recruitment
Knowledge of Banking system, FTI, C-View, DVRA and others required
Update websites, newspapers and other social media, as required
CU Training reporting, co-ordination & tracking to ensure staff compliance
Ordering and distribution of promotional items

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills  orally and written and has proven ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with staff and management along with a commitment to self-development, self-motivation and able to work individually and as a member of a team.   You have the ability to adapt and learn new computer programs and various computer devices.  You currently have experience in Human Resources and Marketing.  You have experience in the financial industry, preferably, Credit Union experience.
