CENTURY WEST HOMES is one of Reginas most esteemed homebuilders.  The CWH team is comprised of young professionals with a passion for innovative home design.  This enables Century West to provide custom homes of exceptional quality and value with the underlying goal to meet and exceed the design and functionality needs of each individual Home Owner.  

We are growing once again and seek to hire a dynamic Architectural Technologist/ Project Manager. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, an eye for design, and the desire to contribute to a fast-paced work environment.


Key Responsibilities include:
Meet with clients to discuss design options for their new home build;
Compile complete sets of working drawings for each house at various stages in the build including: client approval, subdivision approval, building permit approval and final construction drawings;
Provide and maintain project schedules and budgets for each new home;
Liaise and coordinate with various trades and suppliers;
Manage the process of each home build by means of weekly site visits, change order documents, site instructions, additional drawings, ordering product and periodical walk-through with clients;  and
Warranty and deficiency management

Key Success Factors include:
Knowledge of Residential Construction;
Proficient in AutoCAD 2010 and Microsoft Office;
Use of Chief Architect Software or Revit  is an asset, but not necessary;  and
Possess a strong work ethic;

Candidates are preferred to have completed an Architectural Technologist Diploma (or equivalent), with a minimum of 2 years experience.
