Novus Law Group is a community driven, progressive, team focused Law Firm that is looking for an ambassador of first impressions to work in our Prince Albert office.
This position is perfect for someone who is client service focused, and is looking to build a long term career with a company that is based on the values of Trust, Respect, Client Service, Family, and Community.
This position requires the following skill set:
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Strong communication skills
- Strong focus on both internal and external Client Service
- A strong understanding of professionalism, and the ability to maintain it in a fast paced office that deals with a range of personalities
- Reliable
- Ability to manage multiple phone lines, answer emails, book appointments, and manage busy schedules for multiple people.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- 45 wpm or greater keyboarding with accuracy
The successful applicant will be someone who strives for continual improvement, innovates policy, and is capable of catering to the varied expectations of multiple law practices operating within one firm.
The compensation package for this position starts at $18 an hour, and will be matched to the specific individuals education and experience. Added to hourly wage, Novus Law offers a full benefits package.
