Responsible for the planning, analysis and development of projects and activities necessary to implement the TEML Integrity Management Program.
Responsible for the daily activities necessary to manage integrity threats, including inspections, data analysis and verifications, assessments, and recommendations for mitigative actions.
Assess loss of containment threats, and develop the annual budget and Integrity Management Plans appropriate for mitigation of the resultant risk.
Actively manage, provide oversight and continuously improve assigned Integrity Management Plans, which may include: chemical inhibition, cathodic protection, depth of cover, geohazards, inline inspection, pipeline repair, drop-in replacement, pipeline replacement, facility piping, small diameter piping, pressure vessels, sumps/underground storage tanks, and above grade storage tanks.
Provide timely technical support and analysis necessary to support operational or project execution issues.
Provide clear and concise communication of the requirements associated with integrity plans.
Complete quality assurance activities in support of the maintenance and continuous improvement of the TEML Integrity Management Program.
Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Manage process changes through an appropriate management of change process and incorporate changes into the Integrity Management Plans as applicable.
Provide emergency response support as required, and support investigation of loss of containment events. Incorporate learnings into the Integrity Management Plans.
Engineering Degree and eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible engineering experience, including prior pipeline and facility integrity experience.
Familiarity with CSA Z662, National Energy Board Onshore Pipeline Regulations, and Saskatchewan and Manitoba Provincial legislation.
