FRONT OFFICE STAFF OPPORTUNITY!  

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Office
Staff to join our team!  This is a permanent Full Time Position. In a smoke free, scent free environment.

Quality Hearing Centre, located in North Battleford, SK, serves the needs of the hearing impaired and provides a better quality of life for our community. We have a unique patient base and think of them as family. We are in need of a full-time Front Office Staff team member.

The Front Office Staff is the first point of
contact for Patients.  Responsibilities will
include:
    Greeting patients
    Scheduling appointments
    Completing administrative tasks
    Record keeping
        Multi-tasking
        Light Cleaning

We are seeking an individual who is personable and naturally friendly, bright and inquisitive, pays attention to detail and  is an excellent communicator.  

Qualifications:
    A high school graduate.  Prefer experience in administrative, accounting, sales or especially a customer oriented field or equivalent work experience.
    Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population.  This includes listening and problem solving skills.
