Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a Chef in Yorkton, SK.    


Responsibilities:
-Responsible for managing food, kitchen labour, and other kitchen-related costs
-Successfully order inventory, meet budget targets and conduct food cost analysis
-Supervise menu rollouts and product updates
-Successfully ensure food delivery to our guests meets timing standards
-Successfully maintain kitchen labour and food costs to agreed upon levels


Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years management experience in a high-volume kitchen
-Possess a passion for food quality and an eye for detail
-Red Seal certification will be an asset
