Restoration Project Managers work with owners and insurance adjusters after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will supervise the renovation, as well as manage costs with the insurance. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field.
We are looking for individuals with a strong sales background who are comfortable compensated on commission. If you are self-motivated and you like your paycheck to depend on your hard work, this job is for you. At Paul Davis, the only thing limiting your earning potential is how hard you are willing to work.
The ideal Restoration Project Managers:
Is self-motivated
Likes working with people
Is organized, but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage their own time
Thrives under high stress situations
Has excellent communication skills
Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Is willing to work hard
Construction Project Management experience is preferred, but not necessary. Some Sales Experience is preferred.
