Kicih Awasis Family Services Inc. is an independent Indian child and family services agency located in west central Saskatchewan. Kicih Awasis provides statutory and support services to the Big Island Cree Nation and the Thunderchild First Nation (position travels back and forth). Kicih Awasis Family Services Inc.  is seeking an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated person to fill the position of Executive Director. The new Executive Director will lead a highly committed management team.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Reporting directly to the Kicih Awasis Family Services Inc.  Board of Directors.  The Executive Director will possess an understanding of Child and Family Services and experience in management, program development and evaluation in a mandated Child and Family Service organization. He/She will demonstrate skill and knowledge in the administration of a Child & Family Services organization. And experience in the development, management, and oversight of budgets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Graduation from a four-year college or university in Social Work or a related field; or any equivalent combination or experience and training.
Management experience
Ability to work with teams, service providers, community members
Possess excellent communication and computer skills
Satisfactory Criminals Records Check due prior to work start; and,
Valid class 5 Drivers License and drivers abstract
