Description

We are looking for an upbeat, organized employee for our new Swift Current Mall location. This position will be filled immediately so please apply soon. Full Time employment 9:30-6:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch. Hourly rate will be $15 to start. All training will be provided. 1 year signed commitment with a $500 bonus after one year of employment.


Duties include:

Answer and Making Phone calls
Creating and sending invoices
Completing POS transactions
Complete Petty Cash Counts
Completing Bank deposits/withdrawals
Create policies as per owners discretion
Take required training for certification
Communicate and help mentor staff
Train new drug testing staff
Marketing for Canmar Drug Testing
Connecting with clients for potential sales
Ordering Supplies
Communicating to clients/prospective clients
Complete appointments for private and third party clients
Collect and test urine
Complete Breath Alcohol testing
Complete saliva testing
Complete DNA testing
Send and receive mail and packages
Complete reports
Complete mobile testing
Complete after-hours testing
Create, edit and organize files and paperwork
Clean hearing aids
Cleaning and organizing office
All marketing activities
Clean and organize office
Communicate to nurses on call
Take messages and deliver to correct person
Open and close office when needed
Keep confidentiality and discretion when working
