Possess very good communications skills, both verbal and written. Professional office communication is expected
Good interpersonal skills that includes general courtesy in answering telephones, greeting visitors and directing people.
Able to operate basic office equipment, recording and directing mail and keeping the front reception area clean
Must be very organized and able to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
Can function in a computerized environment including a working knowledge of Microsoft office
Possesses excellent typing skills as well as an ability to take minutes and transcribe meetings
Knowledge of CPR and first aid in order to attend to minor injuries
