Crestline is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its growing Marketing department. This individual will be responsible for supporting Crestlines  Marketing and Sales teams by coordinating all marketing communications, planning and organizing tradeshows and events, helping drive new business while supporting existing customer network, and supporting market analysis and target market activities while handling department administrative duties.


The ideal candidate is high energy, detailed-oriented, and comfortable balancing many moving pieces at once!  With a proven track record of exceptional administrative execution in a corporate marketing or agency/marketing environment, the best-fit candidate is motivated by delivering exceptional support to a growing, global organization and its internal stakeholders.

Lead Management & Generation
Marketing Analysis & Target Marketing
Administration

The successful candidates will have:
    Bach. Degree in Marketing is required
    Min 2 years related work experience in marketing, preferably in a B-to-B environment
    Experience in content management for social media platforms
    Experience maintaining a CRM system, is an asset
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications
    Experience in managing email campaigns utilizing tools such as Mail Chimp/Survey Monkey
    Experience in Graphics Design and related programs is an asset
