1)Overlook, coordinate, assign, and review the work by service clerks, reservation clerks and other employees at Ramada Carlyle Hotel
2)Create work schedules and procedures, and coordinate activities.
3)Resolve workplace issues and write up related reports, including periodic performance appraisals
4)Train staffs to meet job requirements, safety procedures, and company policies
5)Comply at all times with Ramada Carlyle Hotel company policies and standards to encourage the safe and efficient operation of the motel
6)Handle guest complaints, react quickly, logging and notify proper areas to service the guests
7)Oversee special requests and ensure proper service is provided to guests during their stay
